The Executive Summary outlines a 5-month internship at the esteemed BRAC University, one of the world's top 10 NGOs. The intern was placed in the Human Resource & Administration Division, where performance management, digital learning, recruitment, and corporate HR practice were key focus areas. This internship aimed to bridge the gap between the Theory learned from MBA studies and the realities of HR management in a fast-paced organization. Through this experience, I accomplished a great deal in terms of e-learning modules, digital content preparation, and training sessions, among other tasks. The report employs a mixed-methods research approach, utilizing both primary and secondary data. One of the major highlights of this internship was the opportunity to become familiar with BRAC's robust digital ecosystem, including HRIS and LMS, which digitize and accelerate processes. This kind of system's trademark is real-time performance tracking, long-term performance metric collection, other analysis, and prompt feedback delivery. The internship provided me with professional experience and personal growth, enabling me to understand how strategic HR practices and digital innovations can enhance an organization's performance. Here, the report offers recommendations based on these observations and experiences, including new digital solutions to enhance HRIS functionality, performance reviews that require less administrative time, and an increased focus on mentoring programs for ongoing professional development. In conclusion, the internship at BRAC has complemented the intern's bookish knowledge, which will be beneficial and vital to their career moving forward as a human resources manager.en_US
