Abstract

BITA CULTURAL AND DEVELOPMENT CENTER located in Patiya region of Chittagong. It will be well situated since it is in a serene location and is located far away from the bustle of the city. This Cultural center aspires to ensure the community development of the area as well as cultural involvement between the people of Chittagong. This would help create an interactive environment for the students and people coming the cultural center. Moreover, natural openings with clear circulation will be incorporated, confirming the constant contact of citizens with the natural world. This accessible and inviting to people who may be coming for enjoying theater and exhibition. Incorporating the existing natural environment and existing building in to the design. A good public interactive space will be created for the people outside and inside the area.
