This report details my three-month internship activities with Meghna Bank PLC's Public Relations Division. In order to help the bank choose qualified applicants for the role, this document provides thorough study on the critical human capabilities for long-term banking services. I was given responsibilities that immersed me in the business world and improved my understanding of how private commercial banks in Bangladesh efficiently manage their public relations efforts to develop an ideal workforce throughout my internship, which ran from January 1, 2024, to April 2, 2024. I give a quick summary of my internship at Meghna Bank PLC at the start of the report. It also gives a summary of the bank's PRD division, including its origin, history, and other relevant details. It then outlines the several operational roles that the bank plays. The goal of the article is to determine the fundamental human skills needed to provide sustainable financial services. The bank's weaknesses can also be found and chances for development can be presented by an industry and competitive study. The bank may improve its organizational efficiency and goals by using this study to help find the best individuals. Finally, by drawing in a pool of outstanding employees, it can help the bank gain a competitive edge and surpass its rivals.en_US
