| dc.description.abstract | ACI logistics limited (Shwapno) is the biggest Retail Brand of Bangladesh. Shwapno outlets now have everything from apparel, home décor, electronics and in-house fashion label Shwapno Life. At Shwapno, Sales Representatives communicate directly to the consumer. As this competitive world and changing customer behavior trigger lots of pre-purchase questions regarding the products, the representatives must be always well-prepared for the answers. Now a day, there is a huge variety in products for different users who have their unique taste. Therefore, Shwapno prepares handouts and power point presentation regarding the unique selling proposition of the products. Most of the information is collected through websites and representatives are trained with those materials. Thus, representatives satisfy the needs and demand of customers by earning their trust. However, as the competitors in this sector are increasing in numbers gradually, Shwapno must hire professional health and beauty experts to train their sales representatives for even better performance and accuracy, and continue to be best among the other Retail Brands. | en_US |
