Project budgeting

Abstract

This particular report is mainly based on the prime responsibilities that were needed to do during the internship period at Bengal Creations LTD sister concern of Bengal Foundation, Bangladesh. Since the internship was in the project budgeting of Finance Department, the report has been arranged mainly considering the theme of making budgeting for movie. This report is an engaging quantitative and qualitative analysis has been done here. In the very beginning of the report, the background of Bengal Foundation, Bangladesh has been described. Then I have made a SWOT analysis to figure out some of the finding concerning the performance of the organization. The job tasks that were needed to be accomplished during the internship tenure in the organization have been jotted down. After that the general process of the project budgeting that can be follow by any organization has been elaborated. The steps of a proper budgeting process have been discussed carefully using different accounting terms. Lastly the following segment consists of the project budgeting process of Bengal Creations LTD, Bangladesh. In that segment, the process of budgeting has been described in different steps. In the mean time I have included my suggestions and recommendations in order to eradicate the weaknesses and threat of their organization. Finally I have ended my report through including references and sources that I have used to make this report.
