This research is based on my personal employer branding experience, research, and findings while working at The Eastern Bank Limited. It is the completion of a three- month internship program at the Human Resources Department, overseen and mentored by Mr. Zaheed Husein Mohammad Al-Din, senior lecturer and my intern supervisor, and Mr. Feihan Ahsan, lecturer, BRAC Business School, BRAC University. The Eastern Bank Limited is a corporate financial institution in Bangladesh that serves throughout the country. They are gradually incorporating everything into their structure. They are developing an employer brand among both internal employees and external candidates as a result of their well-organized human resource management and procedures. Throughout the research, I aimed to present a full explanation of The Eastern Bank Limited as well as how they keep their Human Resources Division running. This section also contains all of the procedures I used during my research. The SWOT analysis of Eastern Bank is also provided. Furthermore, I attempted to make recommendations based on my research that I feel Eastern Bank will adopt in the aim of enhancing its banking system. The purpose of this report is to introduce The Eastern Bank Limited, where I interned, and provides a review of their commodities, atmosphere, beliefs, divisions, employee benefits, HR regulations, and so on. The report then delves into my experience as an HR intern and what I learned throughout my time there. According to my research, the report also demonstrates the vision and mission, the recruitment and selection process of Eastern Bank Limited and the methods used to attain those objectives.en_US
