Abstract

My internship report is titled "Impact of MFS Integration for Incentive Disbursement to Distribution Representatives: A study on Reckitt (Bangladesh) PLC” The Report’s primary purpose is to provide a comprehensive understanding of the impact of MFS integration for incentive disbursement to distribution representatives and analyze the overall impact on the company. In the first part of the report, I have given a gist of the learnings I gained and the responsibilities I had to fulfill during the internship tenure. The second part consists Reckitt’s brief history and its establishment in Bangladesh. Additionally, it includes the overall structure of Reckitt Bangladesh PLC so that readers can get a clear picture of the company and how it operates. To portray the financial position of the company’s last 5 years financial information has been shared and briefly explained. In the last part, I have shared the results of the report and given a gist of the impact in my understanding.
