Abstract
The internship report reflects my four months long experience as a junior software quality assurance intern in AIDocbuilders Inc. A company is an association or collection of individuals whose main aim is to earn profit. The Company divides its operation into several parts. Software quality assurance (SQA) is the one of the most important part of a tech company. I completed four months long experience as a Junior Software Quality Assurance Intern in AIDocbuilder Inc with the help of a team of experienced and highly skilled professionals. All this was done under the good guidance of Product manager Emtiaz Ahamed Emon’s team.
The aim of the report was the analysis of AIDB recruitment and retention process, evaluation of the problem areas and proposing related recommendations built on the basis of academic learnings and practical knowledge. For the preparation of the report, both the primary and secondary data is being used. The source of primary data is my learning while working in the company from day one, and also the ones I discussed in detail with the Product manager of the company and Communications Coordinator of the company. The rest of the data is extracted from secondary sources such as the company website and its annual report, newspaper articles and scholarly journal articles.
Before conclusion, based on this report it may be noted that the report was prepared in a very short time and there is a lack in data. But still I hope that this report may be useful for designing any further study to evaluate the HR facilities provided by the Company.
