I analyzed the job recruitment of Upoharbd that means the recruitment process of that company. In this term paper I have discussed about what we need to learn in our bachelor degree level. Also, I have classified and justify the information of the learning what I have found while I was researching and working on this matter. UpoharBD is an idol for other online gift shop. I have studied the website of UpoharBD and came up with idea that why Upoharbd is gaining more and more popularity. At the very stage, I described about the company, their website and there way of doing day to day work. Then I did situational analysis of the company according to SWOT and porter’s theory. Then I discussed about company’s operational model and significant task of every level. After that I concentrate on why we need to learn things at our bachelor degree level and how it will help to get a better job or to start your own business.
