Abstract

As cardiovascular diseases (CVDs) remain a major global health concern, ongoing advancements in therapeutic approaches are essential. Anticoagulant therapy is one of these strategies that have become an essential component for managing CVDs, providing significant advantages in terms of lowering thrombotic events and enhancing patient outcomes. This abstract presents a summary of the safety and effectiveness of anticoagulant therapy in the management of modern cardiovascular disease, combining data from guidelines, clinical trials, and recent literature. Cardiovascular care is constantly as shown by the development of anticoagulant agents, which have improved efficacy, safety profiles, and convenience. This research sets out to determine factors influencing therapeutic choice-making, evaluate safety profiles, investigate the effect of anticoagulant agents on clinical practice guide lines, and evaluate the efficacy of different anticoagulant agents through an in-depth review.
