dc.description.abstractThis reports to examine and to extend the literature, by obtaining a deeper understanding of the link between sustainability practice and organizational commitment for manufacturing and to its stakeholders. This report analysis the plastic reduction from the 250 ml PET bottle and link up with organization way forward towards sustainability. More specifically linked up how sustainability improve organization performance in terms of improve economic condition and create positive impact on society and environment. This also include the growing sustainable culture in Beverages Industries in Bangladesh and industries adeptness with this. In this study, the quantitative findings confirmed that levels of sustainability practice are the major driver behind improving organizational performance in the selected sample. In my paper, I intend to bridge the gap between sustainability and organization. In a competitive world any organization should follow and adopt sustainability to confirms it long-life sustainability.en_US
