dc.description.abstractThis study investigates how lead time and requisition quantity affect delivery performance for fixed assets and recurring items at Aarong using data from June–August 2024 and 2025. Through chi square test, the Quantitative analyses of the report were done. The results, most of the time were not significant. There was no significant impact on delivery performance in 2024 but became significant in 2025. When it was significant, the effect was very weak, explaining the relationships were not meaningful. The results explained the need for differentiated procurement strategies, focused on lead time, requisition quantity and by item type. Limitations were simplified categorization of continuous variables, minimal ERP access, and lack of generalizability. Overall, the study highlights the importance of dynamic, data-driven procurement strategies and suggests further research with complete data, additional variables, and longitudinal analysis to guide more robust supply chain management decisions.en_US
