| dc.description.abstract | This report is prepared on the basis of my three (03) months practical experience at A-One Polar Ltd. in different department. This internship program helped me to learn about the practical scenario of a service providing company. They work closely with their buyer to effectively manage quality assurance needs throughout their supply chains and mitigate risks in terms of quality, social responsibility and environment, thus protecting brand reputation and minimize costs. This report has been presented based on my observation and experience gathered from the company. The organization has many divisions and departments but the internship focuses on financial aspects and analysis of the company’s long-term products. This reports also contains objectives and SWOT analysis for Textile Production Management, Marketing and Merchandising, Supply Chain management, Human Resource & CSR Activities of A-One Polar Ltd. After SWOT analysis of each area I have figured out some Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats and some recommendations have been given to overcome from these situations. Finally I have concluded with saying that A One Polar Ltd a concern of Micro Fibre Group will get more orders and will get more nominations from new buyers in future due to having In house laboratory accredited by H&M, C&A, CELIO, Higg Index, ZDHC chemical management, REACH, OCS( Organic 100 Content Standard), ISO 9001:2015, GOTS( Global Organic Textile Standard), Member of BSCI (Business Social Compliance Initiative), RCS( Recycled 100 claim standard), GRS( Global Recycled Standard), GOLD supplier Certificate and OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100 certified factory, world class machineries, skilled manpower and high quality products | en_US |
