dc.description.abstractThe “Kormochari Kalyan Board” is a government organization that works for the welfare of the government employees. This board needed a iconic 30 storey building to have their office and also spaces that can create economy for the board. Concept of the design was to make vertical green spaces and terraces that can hold greens. The site is located in Dilkusha , Motijheel which is a major commercial zone in Dhaka. Surrounding of the site has multiple landmarks around it such as the national mosque Baitul Mukarram and the national stadium. The idea of the design was to keep the podium accessible for the crowd of the site surrounding and to incorporate accessible terraces to have breathing spaces on the office spaces .en_US
