Recruitment and selection process of Rupali Life Insurance Company Limited

Abstract

This report is prepared on the basis of my two months practical experience at Rupali Life Insurance Company Limited. I have learned about the practical scenario of Insurance Company bythis internship program. This report has been presented based on my observation and experience gathered from the company. The organization has many divisions and departments, but the focus is given more on the HRD in the Head Office located in Motijheel, employees as I only got the opportunity to work in this division. The report is based on Recruitment & Selection process at Rupali Life Insurance Company Ltd. The purpose of this report is to understand how the recruitment & selection process are being determined. After knowing the scenario of Rupali Life Insurance Company Limited in terms of their Recruitment & Selection Process, a lot of recommendations came up. The study also contains recommendations and conclusion, which would rectify the environment.
