Abstract

In the rapidly evolving world of technology and innovation, technical training plays a pivotal role in driving a nation’s growth and development. With advancements occurring daily, the need for individuals equipped with technical expertise has become more pressing than ever. A nation that invests in technical training is not only building a skilled workforce but also fostering innovation, enhancing productivity, and creating opportunities for economic development. Innovation and product quality in the technical industries have been greatly aided by the Bangladesh Industrial Technical Assistance Center (BITAC). The center has provided training for a variety of individuals from rural people to local technicians and university graduates. It has consistently offered a variety of courses to cater to the various kinds of people in our society. This project was designed to make the most of its potential in order to guarantee the significance of technical support training and the upholding of social duties in the designated site.
