Abstract

The US government is committed to preserve their aged citizen’s basic rights through given financial supports and make necessary policy accordingly. IRS named as internal revenue service and DOL named as department of labor provides guideline for their employers so that they can offer necessary retirement benefits for their regular employee. Normally it is known as retirement401k plan in USA where company allow different kind of benefit plan for their employee, so that they don’t need to worry about their financial condition after their retirement. Normally the whole process of allocating and executing a plan is done by a TPA (Third party administrator) company and Data-path works for a TPA company named July services. Where working on Data-path a BPO (Business process outsourcing) company the more I have learned about July services and other TPA firm I have realized that the TPA companies’ business is really a big market and Data-path is good at this as BPO Company and more and more clients. So, the intention of the project was to see what are the factors that are making an impact to the outsourcing world and how can Bangladesh become leading power of outsourcing world in near future.
