Abstract

This report investigates the influence of employee engagement on organizational commitment at Radiant Pharmaceuticals Limited, drawing on insights gained during a three-month internship in the Human Resources department. Using a mixed-method approach through survey responses, observations, and informal discussions. The study examines key engagement dimensions including meaningful work, recognition, communication, managerial support, and career development. Findings reveal that Radiant maintains a positive work environment supported by teamwork and professionalism; however, gaps persist in recognition practices, structured learning opportunities, and transparent career progression. These factors directly affect employees’ long-term commitment and perceived value within the organization. The report concludes that strengthening engagement mechanisms can significantly enhance motivation, retention, and organizational performance. Recommendations include implementing an employee engagement dashboard, expanding internal mobility programs, improving communication systems, and establishing clearer development pathways to reinforce commitment.
