Abstract

My purpose behind the internship at Robi Axiata served as the mandatory academic internship report. The primary objective of this internship was to provide hands-on practical experience of corporate life and work environment, dealing with people, relating materialistic lessons with real life. The report includes a general survey of the company's profile. In addition, the paper provides a brief overview of Robi Axiata's current HRBP system scenario of the company. The report is based on quantitative and qualitative data from primary and secondary sources. To conclude, the paper holds a few recommendations for Robi Axiata Limited. In addition, the report is based on only the available information of the company.
