Abstract

Premier Bank Limited is a private commercial bank in Bangladesh, which started operation in 1999 and delivers corporate, SME and retail banking services in conjunction with other related financial services. It is established in Dhaka, the bank has become to open up branch, ATM and digital banking services to improve accessibility of customers in the country. For these years, Premier Bank’s strategic management had focused on Innovation and Technology, where the Bank had installed modern banking Technologies for secure banking activities and to fulfill customers’ needs. Its offering comprises of deposit taking, lending, trade finance, mobile banking, internet banking and card business. Since its operation, the bank has been growing through commitment to excellent corporate governance, effective risk management and customer relationship management to be the ideal financial partner in the context of Bangladesh’s flourishing banking sector. Furthermore, Premier Bank has recognized corporate social responsibility, participates in offering education, health and environmental causes
