| dc.description.abstract | After spending three months as an intern at Augmedix Bangladesh, I have completed my report for the Operation division of the Human Resource and Administration Department. I made a concerted effort to learn as much as I could about the many facets of operation management. As part of my internship report, I provided a high-level summary of the human resources department of Augmedix. Additionally, I briefly discussed the responsibilities placed on me and the positive impact I have had on the company. What I have learned during my internship, as well as how I have interacted with my superiors and colleagues, are all detailed here. I have examined the personnel management section, which includes hiring, training, and marketing to potential employees and employers. This report details my own experience and how it differs from the course ideas I have learned. My internship was full of obstacles, and I learned a lot and saw several places where I could make improvements. In my report, I discussed those places and functions and offered suggestions on how to make them better. In my time at Augmedix, I have taken an active role in the company's Talent management approach and in encouraging employee participation. The BBA curriculum gave me the opportunity to put the theories I learned into practice via internships and coursework, which prepared me well for working in a business environment. For the most part, I felt like I could have done things better. If I were to do this internship all over again, I have also listed the things that I would change. This Internship report was created as part of the final requirements for the Internship Program at BRAC Business School | en_US |
