dc.description.abstractThis internship report describes the problems of salary, time and work pressure problems respectively about SK Logistics. This study shows significant qualitative research representing many aspects of company culture, profitability, sales and marketing to enhance the sustainable growth in the long-run. This report would be fruitful for the internship students who would like to join the organization respectively. However, such concerns of the Swot analysis model, sales-margin & investment figures are taken into account respectively to cope up with the Porters Model of Five Forces. Industry experts must be benefitted from this research paper to gain an insightful understanding to delve into the future of Car and Hardware accessories in Bangladesh. I was lucky enough to gain this opportunity and understanding to learn about the company culture and real-life environment at SK Logistics. In addition, further recommendations are dropped at the last part of the research paper to enhance the readers' understandingen_US
