Covid-19 has significantly impacted the e-commerce industry of our country. Daraz adapted to the challenge by increasing its digital footprint and serving the country during the lockdown. This report emphasizes factors like how people shifted their behavior towards online markets since they had no other options and some difficulties they faced. Daraz’s main goal was to create a delivery network that was reliable and user-friendly. During the pandemic, Daraz experienced substantial growth in its business and revenue. Brand recognition was another key outcome of the situation. According to the data collected, among all other online brands, Daraz was the most used one during the pandemic. These findings suggest that the COVID-19 pandemic has accelerated the growth of the e-commerce industry in Bangladesh, and Daraz is a living example of potential success in this digital marketplace.en_US
