| dc.description.abstract | "Japan Business International is a Pioneer in the petroleum industry in Bangladesh, continuously developing the quality and integrity of its products since its establishment. The company has a joint venture with a top Japanese oil company and is an authorized distributor of TOYOTA Motor Oil, Japan. Japan Business International values honesty in relationships, an extensive range of products, consistently high quality of lubricants, accessible prices, social responsibility, and stability. The paper presents an in-depth analysis of Japan Business International's organizational architecture, emphasizing and encouraging Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion while remaining integrated.The study explores the methods, regulations, and methods used by Japan Business International to promote an inclusive working environment and provide fair chances for all. The paper highlights the dedication to creating a welcoming culture using several methods for qualitative research, evaluations, and organizational assessment tools. The internship report offers valuable insights into the challenges faced, the achievements made, and the current projects aimed at upholding diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) ideals. The findings provide a holistic perspective on New Dealer, Private organizations can act as role models in promoting and equality within their structures.
