Stochastic forecasting and comparative performance: an optimized technology portfolio vs. the DS30 index on the Dhaka Stock Exchange

Abstract

The focus of this study is on Bangladeshi investment firm X Angel Limited. It looks at how they work with their clients, markets and employees. During my internship, I saw that despite the company having huge opportunities, their strategies are very simple. As a result, they are not able to use their full potential. So in this report, I have given some simple suggestions. For example, help them in other ways than just giving money, work more with the government and create a good working environment to retain good employees. Hopefully, these suggestions will help in the development of the financial market in Bangladesh.
