In this research work, the experience of sales staff in B-Trac Engineering Ltd. regarding the adoption of a newly developed Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system has been investigated to determine how well its user interface has been customised and how it can lead to the overall growth in business operations. This work was carried out based on the method of a structured survey and facts were received through sales employees about their level of familiarity, experience in using it, and efficiency of operation following the implementation of the system. It meant to get an idea regarding the actual user experience not only individually but also the overall outcomes of integration of CRM to the organization. Evidence indicates that the majority of users have adopted the CRM app well and claimed that they did not feel any restriction with using it in their daily work. The interface was indicate by different reaction as being user-friendly and suitable with their workflow requirements. To several respondents, the system eased in managing leads, follow-ups, and customer information as it facilitated in easing the conduct of sales in high tension sales rooms hence boosting their confidence in utilizing their digital products at hand. At organizational level, the CRM has led to a more coordinated process of sales, more precise data management on the customers, and the communication between different departments. It has also facilitated faster decision making based on availability of real-time data and exporting features as well. All these advancements have contributed to the increased efficiency in the operations and a more data-driven sales process. Although the initial challenges faced by some users included discovering the system or adjusting to the new practices in the digital environment, they were associated largely with different learning preferences or familiarity with a system. bye implantation of these gaps via on-going assistance and interface enhancement may guarantee a more steady contribution of end-user esteem and enhanced conformity on cross-squads stage. To sum up, it can be stated that the new CRM system is already producing positive effects on user experience and business performance. The system has potent opportunities to create efficiency and digital transformation in the organization in the long-term prospect, provided that the process of optimization and user-driven improvements will continue.en_US
