Abstract

This report shows that adapting technology in business processes is crucial to profitably and maintaining sustainability for any business. It is not enough for companies to use a traditional approach for their business processes anymore. Hence, to become efficient in conducting business operations, firms must integrate new technologies. This report also addresses the reasons why SMEs and large organizations are finding it hard to adapt to new technological changes over the years.
