dc.description.abstractThe following report consists of three different chapters that explore internship experience, organization outlook, and a research report based on the stock market of Bangladesh. The first chapter of this report explores the internship experience at LankaBangla Securities in the capital market research department. The report highlights the responsibilities that provided hands-on experience in capital market activities, while also fostering essential professional skills like collaboration, communication, and critical thinking. Moreover, the second chapter provides an in-depth view of LankaBangla Securities, focusing on cooperation among departments across the organization and their strategies to achieve organizational goals. Alongside, a comprehensive industry analysis is carried out to address the competitiveness of the company in the market, followed up with recommendations for future success. Lastly, the third chapter provides an in-depth analysis of four companies that came into the stock market that focused on post-IPO performance and cash flow-based valuation methods. Providing an assessment of efficiency in raising capital and securing investments. Finally, the chapter presents some recommendations to BSEC that aim to improve stability in the DSEX market.en_US
