| dc.description.abstract | Analyzen Bangladesh LTD. is the first ever digital agency in Bangladesh. It is a well-known brand not only in Bangladesh but also other foreign country such as Singapore, Myanmar. This report helps to know about the Recruitment and Selection Process of Analyzen Bangladesh LTD., and Human Resource Department exercises with respect to the enlistment. Basically, the report describes the overall process that Analyzen Bangladesh LTD. follow in the recruitment and selection process and all the data is collected from practical experience and theoretical knowledge. So in the chapter one is the initial part which talks about overview of internship which consist of the topic such as student information, internship information, internship outcomes etc. On the second chapter, the report discuss briefly about the organization from where you can know about vision, mission of the company, marketing practices, SWOT analysis of the company etc. On the next chapter, this report talks about my experience and the recruiting and selection process of Analyzen Bangladesh LTD. Lastly, the report indicates about the overall findings and analysis what is found from the survey, suggest some recommendation based on my reflection, summary and conclusion. | en_US |
