Abstract

I have done my internship program from August 2025 to November 2025, covering 66 working days, which is around 578 hours. In this period, I learned more technical knowledge in different areas such as design, production, procurement, merchandising, quality, and pattern/CAD. I closely monitored the production process from raw material to finished products. During my internship I had the opportunity to work with different types of personnel. Because of their support and guidance, I was able to complete and submit the report. As we all know, Aarong is a renowned lifestyle brand in Bangladesh. The organization’s goal is to develop rural skilled artisans. For that, the brand has been working since 1978. At present, Aarong is moving towards global to introduce our heritage to the world. To meet this challenge, we are converting our quality control system to quality assurance. As a result, we will have control all over the manufacturing processes. We are committed to providing excellent after-sales customer service. As I am afabric production person, my task is very important for process development and setting the standards from backward linkages like yarn selection, weaving, dyeing, and finishing to the customer. So my learning from this course will be very helpful for my upcoming days, where I can implement my learning and apply it to take decisions that help me to develop my professional growth as well.
