| dc.description.abstract | This report includes the three months internship journey at the Human Resources division of Dhaka Bank PLC. In This report, the effectiveness and efficiency of Dhaka Bank PLC's recruitment and selection procedures are thoroughly examined. During my internship in the Human Resources Division, I was able to get hands-on experience with key HR tasks like hiring and selection, employee onboarding, HR paperwork, and employee engagement programs. The event offered insightful information on how HR procedures support both employee satisfaction and corporate effectiveness. I watched and helped with several phases of the hiring process throughout the internship, such as coordinating interviews, managing paperwork, and communicating with candidates. Additionally, I helped with data entry and personnel file maintenance, which improved my comprehension of organized HR processes. Overall, this report assesses the organization's HR procedures and considers my contributions, real-world learning experiences, and major obstacles encountered throughout the internship. | |
