Abstract

For internship program, I worked at “Sheltech Brokerage Limited” for three months and I worked in their HR department. We know the purpose of HRM is to ensure that the employees of an organization are used in such a way that the employer obtains the greatest possible benefit from their abilities and the employees obtain both material and psychological rewards from their work. This report contains the summery of Human Resource practices followed by Sheltech Brokerage ltd and how its importance to improve their manpower. The analysis is based on my journey as an Intern of Human Resource Department. I got opportunity to work with the training program; recruitment process as well as payroll team. The importance of this report is to gain practical knowledge of HR activities in Sheltech Brokerage Limited. In my report, tried to uphold all the HR activities and practices conducted and followed by Sheltech brokerage Ltd, find the flaws which are drawing them back and make some recommendation which may better their situation.
