dc.description.abstractOne Ummah Bd is one of the Muslim Lifestyle shop in Bangladesh specially in clothing brand. It has created numerous business opportunities as well as new consumer trends. As the shop manager of One Ummah Bd, I was responsible for operations management, so I have made an effort to demonstrate these processes in this report. I've started by describing how the report came to be. I've provided my report's introduction below. Next, I put the overview of One Ummah Bd. However, I have made an effort to share my research on One Ummah Bd, as well as my results, interpretation, and suggestions. Additionally, I made an effort to include the consumer recommendations I discovered during my survey in the recommendations section. The last section of my report is the conclusion. I sought to learn from the report what kinds of services clients anticipate from One Ummah Bd, their existing service status, market evaluation, where they should improve, and so forth. To boost market growth and market share, it is increasingly imperative to foresee and fulfill the wants and demands of the consumer.en_US
