This report summarizes my internship experience at Pakiza Knit Composite Ltd. (PKCL), where I applied the knowledge and skills gained from the PGD-KIM program across several operational departments. Throughout the training period, I worked closely with Merchandising, Industrial Engineering, RMG Production, Quality, Finishing, observing their roles and how each department supports the overall production process. I performed practical tasks such as improving KPI measurement systems, developing MIS formats, enhancing quality reporting, and correcting costing methods. These activities allowed me to analyze performance data, identify operational gaps, and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and data accuracy. The report also highlights key industry improvement suggestions and reflects on the professional development achieved during the internship. This experience strengthened my analytical ability, communication, and leadership skills, while deepening my understanding of organizational coordination. Overall, the internship connected academic learning with real practices and prepared me for future managerial responsibilities in the garment industry.en_US
