| dc.description.abstract | The term "child mental health problems" refers to a broad category of disorders that impact children and adolescents' emotional, psychological, and behavioral health. Among them could be conduct disorders, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), anxiety disorders, depression, and autism spectrum disorder (ASD). A child's growth, academic achievement, social interactions, and general quality of life can all be significantly and permanently impacted by such issues. The complex and multidimensional nature of child mental health issues is attributed to a confluence of biological, environmental, and psychosocial variables. To support children's mental health and well-being, preventive activities must target these variables holistically, incorporating community support, school-based treatments, positive parenting, early intervention, resilience-building, and legislative initiatives. We can reduce the likelihood of mental health issues and promote the healthy development of kids and teenagers by putting evidence-based preventative strategies into practice at several levels. | en_US |
