Abstract

BRAC International has been formally registered as a foundation, with the name "Stitching BRAC International" as its official name. New Zealand legislation governs the enrolment process. The organization was founded on March 16, 2009, with the purpose of participating in charity resolutions and social welfare activities in any country in the globe that are based on a non-profit basis, as well as doing any other things that are related or conducive to the attainment of the aim. Currently, nine countries are involved in the BRAC International initiative. Afghanistan, Sri Lanka, Pakistan, Uganda, Tanzania, South Sudan, Sierra Leone, Liberia, and the Philippines are among these countries. The Internship report, on the other hand, is part of BRAC International's Human Resource Process. BRAC International's HR department is very diligent about staff training and growth. BRAC International's HR department has become much more robust in terms of collaborating with the HR procedures of nine different countries. They have a few benefits and drawbacks in the HR process. As an intern, I feel BRAC has a very well-structured HR policy approach. They also utilize fewer sources to publicize their job openings. As someone who has worked with such a well-known company, I consider it an honor to speak about the world's number one NGO, and it was a fantastic experience to be exposed to BRAC's learning possibilities. Though I was limited in my data collection due to BRAC International HR's tight data extraction rules.
