Abstract

This internship report has been prepared based on my five-month internship program at Indulge Food and Beverages Ltd. (IFBL), a sister concern of United Group, with a particular emphasis on its recruitment and selection process. The report reflects the practical exposure I gained in the Human Resources Department, along with the challenges I encountered during this period. As a rapidly expanding business, IFBL experiences a number of difficulties in managing its recruiting and selection processes, such as applicant sourcing, screening, evaluation, and onboarding. The paper documents and analyzes these problems in order to better understand their fundamental causes and overall influence on organizational efficiency. The report also includes my observations, ideas, and recommendations for tackling the highlighted difficulties. The proposed solutions center on improving recruitment procedures, increasing process efficiency, and assuring a better fit of organizational needs and candidate capabilities. Overall, this report presents an in-depth look of IFBL's recruitment and selection methods, emphasizing both its strengths and places for growth. It tries to make positive recommendations that will help the organization establish a more effective and efficient human resource management process.
