Abstract
The report is based on Psychological Contract and Job Satisfaction of the employees of
Nestlé Bangladesh. I have done a primary survey in order to understand the maintenance of
psychological contract at NBL along with job satisfaction level of the employees. This report
is divided into five chapters. The first chapter contains introduction of the study along with
methodology, scope and limitations. The second chapter shows an overview of Nestlé
Bangladesh Limited. Third chapter is about the internship experience. In this chapter my
internship experience is described in a nutshell. In addition, this chapter has description about
the department I worked in and an overall idea about the internship program of NBL. In the
fourth chapter the result of the survey has been analyzed. The analysis is done into three
parts. First part has demographic analysis of the respondents, second part has psychological
contract analysis and third part has the analysis of job satisfaction. Lastly, the fifth chapter
has key findings that show that NBL maintains the psychological contract sincerely. Also,
most of the employees are quite satisfied with their job. The report ends with few
recommendations that are suggested on the basis of the results of the survey.
