This paper about “Workplace Culture and Employee Engagement, and Retention” makes up a graduation requirement for BRAC University BBA students. The study researches how different industries are affected when workplace culture motivates and keeps employees working there. My internship work as a Project Manager, along with study results, helps this report show how employee engagement changes when people experience workplace interactions and leadership at their micro-level. The study relies on non-formal observations and chats to discover the real cultural factors in work that drive workforce happiness and loyalty at their posts. By pointing out possible bad outcomes of cultural practices, the report suggests methods for organizations to design effective workspaces responsive to workforce transformations. The research suggests important ways companies can motivate employees and cut down on staff leaving through effective workplace culture development.en_US
