dc.description.abstractThis research paper has been made based on my experience and my learning during three months internship period at Development Design Consultants LTD where I have been assigned as a management trainee in Human Resource department. Firstly, the report gives an overview of DDC Ltd and discussed about it practices and activities. In the next chapter this report mentioned the objective, Scope and limitation of the study. Additionally, it also disclosed the reason behind doing this research. After that, in the ‘Literature Review’ section includes an overview of Enterprise Resource Planning system, its evolution and its impact on different functions of an organization according to the perspectives of experts. Next, the report provides an overview of ERP system in DDC LTD and how this system works in this organization. Furthermore, I have conducted a paper based on survey among employees and also developed five hypotheses. Later, Through Statistical package for the social science (SPSS) software the whole analysis part has been done which included Rotated Component Matrix, Reliability, and Validity and Regression analysis. In addition, the Analysis and interpretation part also disclose which hypothesis are supported and which are not on the basis of the data. Next, in the findings part based on the results of the analysis section the reason behind not supporting three hypotheses and obstacles of implementing ERP system successfully in the organization has been discussed. Lastly, the report suggested few ways to utilize the advantages of ERP system more effectively to improve their overall organizational performance.en_US
