Financial analysis of Digicon Technologies Ltd.

Abstract

This report is prepared on the basis of my practical experience at Digicon Technologies Ltd. This internship report helped me to learn about the practical scenario of financial analysis ofBusiness Process Outsource (BPO) Company.giconis a well-establishedBPO company of Bangladesh. Their mission is by being the most dynamic, efficient and trustworthy outsourcing partner for our clients by delivering solutions through right sets of people and technology to ensure maximum value for business. Digicon Technologies Limited has taken a bold step to start business in BPO sector despite the sector is new for Bangladesh. Digicon started a new era for the service industry where top telecom companies feel comfortable to hand over their customer care to third party. They stated business with one potential client and now running and expanding business successfully. From the financial study of the organization this could be said the company is growing to its great potential with creating a large employment for the youths. As well as young energetic entrepreneur and management showing strong hold on developing the business and showing a road map to be entrepreneur. Their entrepreneurship is remarkable and motivational for youths To prepare this analysis based report I have tried my best to know about the nature of the financial management of the company. I have gone through their annual reports and other necessary documents needed for this analysis. I have compared ratios with a similar industry and interpreted the findings. I hope this paper fulfills the requirement of the assignment.
