The importance of my report is to understand how e commerce and customer service works. How it is important for startups to give top notch customer service. This report will give an idea on jute industry of Bangladesh using e-commerce and selling their products online. The report will also give a clear idea on how the whole order process works and the ways to communicate with customers in a proper manner. The jute was in Bangladesh a long way back but now companies are trying to make it in a way so that people can decor their homes with it as well in a stylist way. The relationship between prompt reply to customers and their reaction on that thus effects sales. It is very important to provide customers with good service so that they can come back or at least recommend to other people.en_US
