Abstract

The main purpose of this research report to identify the system loss & time loss in warehouse & products distribution. Also come with some verifiable solution to fix it. I am very thankful that I have come up with some possible solutions which decrease system loss, improve warehouse management & distribution. As a result company earns a extra money & reduce their damages. Also products bottleneck cannot hamper the smooth delivery process.
