dc.description.abstractInternational Finance Investment and Commerce Bank Limited (IFIC Bank) is one of the most renowned private commercial banks in Bangladesh. It has finished 45 years of outstanding service in Bangladesh's banking industry. Through more than 746 contemporary business centers (Branches and Sub branches), the bank ensures cutting-edge service with qualified staff and groundbreaking fintech assistance. It has expanded its worldwide business footprint through joint ventures and subsidiaries in Nepal, Oman, and the United Kingdom. This report is written to fulfill the partial requirement for the MBA program at BRAC University. This curriculum has been intended to provide students with fundamental theoretical and practical knowledge in the context of employment activities. This study aims to provide a brief overview of IFIC Bank Ltd and the role of a transaction service officer at the bank. Some findings from my experience at IFIC bank are discussed and relevant recommendations are given. The report is divided into three different chapters. First one is an introductory chapter where the background, objectives, methodology, scopes, limitations and recommendations were discussed. Second one is a brief discussion regarding the company profile with SWOT analysis and the last one is about my experience, learning, findings and analysis, recommendation and conclusionen_US
