dc.description.abstractThe Youth Skill Development Institute (YSDI) is an inspiring organization in Bangladesh’s rapidly increasing online education and skill development sector which is dedicated to equipping youth with essential skills for career success. This case study explores the impact of social media marketing on YSDI’s brand awareness and showcases the strategies, programs and challenges that define its growth potential. YSDI employs a multi-layered social media marketing approach in order to enhance their visibility and engagement in social media platforms. Programs such as the Virtual Internship where 10 teams perform specialized social media tasks which drives interaction and contributes significantly to the institute’s digital presence. Also their initiatives such as the Wonder woman project, Skill Boost Program, International Leadership Competition and Campus Associate Program create value for the diverse range of audiences which builds trust and fostering brand loyalty. The YSDI’s affiliate program further enhances their reach by balancing the word-of-mouth marketing, incentive community engagement and also driving traffic to the online platforms. Operating in a high-growth sector YSDI faces the dual challenge of navigating tough competition from established worldwide platforms all while simultaneously addressing their own resource limits. Its placement in the Question Mark quadrant in the the BCG Matrix signifies immense growth potential but it also highlights the need for strategic investments to increase their market share. Key challenges could include keeping pace with technological advancements, adapting to the changing social media trends, maintaining cost efficiency and sustaining the audience’s engagement in the developing digital landscape. Despite these challenges YSDI’s commitment to innovation, inclusiveness and quality online education positions it as a rising leader. By adopting emerging technologies to keep up with market demands and expanding globally then institute can capitalize on its strengths and overcome obstacles. This case study demonstrates how YSDI’s strategic use of the social media marketing has successfully increased their brand awareness which resonates with their potential customers. As they continues to innovate and refine their online marketing strategies YSDI serves as an exemplary model for leveraging digital marketing tools to achieve educational impact and market growth. With continuous effort YSDI can expand their platform’s influence but also redefine the future of skill development sector in Bangladesh.en_US
