General banking system of Mutual Trust Bank Limited, Mohammadpur Branch

Abstract

This report is an overview of the 12-week internship placement in Mutual Trust Bank Limited. Mutual Trust Bank Limited is one of the largest and successful private banks in Bangladesh. It has a good reputation among the public and has maintained its good image and reputation as one of the best private banks in our country. This report gives an overall picture of the bank’s structure and work procedures. MTBL has different departments. General Banking is one of the largest departments within the organization. The general banking division plays the key role in running communication and promotional activities. This report mainly focuses on the operations and activities of the general banking team. The report also discusses my learning and reflection throughout the internship period.
