This report offers a concise overview of the knowledge, experiences, and contributions during a five-month tenure as an Xcelerate intern at British American Tobacco Bangladesh (BATB). Throughout the internship, I was engaged in several projects under the Talent Team. However, this report focuses specifically on the Learning and Development (L&D) programs implemented at BATB and their role in fostering employee growth, driving innovation, and ensuring sustainable business development. The first section introduces key details about my internship, including my background, the accepted offer, and the supervisor who guided my experience. It also provides an outline of my responsibilities and contributions to the Human Resources department and BATB as a whole during my time as an Xcelerate intern. The second section delves into the background of BATB, highlighting its mission, vision, and renowned brands. This part also explores various functional areas within the organization, including Management, Marketing, Finance, IDT, Legal, CORA, and Operations, alongside a competitive analysis of the company. The final two sections center on the methodology and Learning and Development initiatives supported during my internship. It includes findings and insights derived from primary data collected during the projects, emphasizing the design, implementation, and outcomes of these programs.en_US
