Abstract

This internship report provides an overview of the entire, in-depth outcome of the internship during a given time frame. It includes three chapters portraying different scopes of internship. The first chapter provides an overview of the company and its product. The second chapter is based on my role as a GPD to supply chain and the demand planning factors. The third chapter focuses on the main problem which is inventory management. Data are collected from the supply chain team and from the website. These data are analyzed and the current scenario has been portrayed. Finally some recommendations have been shared on the basis of the data, experience and the interviewing colleagues
