| dc.description.abstract | By the grace of The Almighty, this is my long overdue internship report at Catch Bangladesh which shall elaborate on all key aspects. This report would mainly concentrate on operational management and the marketing strategies, as well as streamline processes to take care of information systems within the organisation. The goal is to learn on the field of how Catch Bangladesh operates, widen my knowledge about marketing and see how technology helps in processing workflow at Catch Bangladesh to make life easier for me as well as deliver better service right away. While working at Catch Bangladesh, I handled multiple projects and worked closely with project management, creative services and client relations departments as well. I got to witness firsthand how their participative leadership style influences a collaborative workspace encouraging innovation and accountability from all team players. The research also discusses its marketing strategies, including target customer segments, branding and advertising activities especially in the digital channels. The report studies competition in the industry using Porter's Five Forces and SWOT analysis to identify Catch Bangladesh strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. The results indicate that Catch Bangladesh has a sound footing within this competition, owing to the company's long-standing client relationships and dedication to providing exceptional service. The aim of this report is to focus on key benefits I have learnt from my internship and thus add value for the further understanding in best practices with operational management & marketing, within the communication services industry. | en_US |
