dc.description.abstractThe report titled "An Analysis on the Business Process Outsourcing Procedure of Data-Path Ltd." presents the knowledge and skills I developed during my internship. It aims to detail the strategies and processes employed by Data-Path Ltd.'s plan processors and how the company conducts its international operations as a Third-Party Administrator (TPA). This report is structured into three chapters. The first chapter provides an overview of my internship, including my roles and the challenges I faced. The second chapter focuses on Data-Path Ltd., offering insights into the company's industry and management practices. The third chapter outlines the report's objectives and discusses the regulatory bodies associated with the American Retirement Plan. It also explains the processing of retirement plans and the operational methods of TPA companies. This chapter includes my findings and recommendations regarding the identified issues, concluding the report. Overall, the document provides an overview of the 401(k) industry.en_US
